1. Definitions
"Operator": Ramaxchip 1 SRL, registered in Romania (reg. J08/1120/2010, tax ID 27492231), headquartered at Str. Carpaților nr. 60, Hala 3, Birou 8, Brașov, Județul Brașov, România.
2. Services
The Operator provides brokerage services for importing vehicles from US auctions (Copart, IAAI), including bidding, shipping, customs, Romanian RAR inspection and registration. The Operator is not the seller of the vehicles.
3. Import process
- Budget and vehicle criteria are agreed in writing.
- We bid on your behalf, never above the agreed cap.
- We handle payment to the auction and export paperwork.
- US trucking, ocean container, EU customs clearance.
- RAR inspection and Romanian registration.
4. Payments & fees
Calculator estimates are indicative. The final price is confirmed in the written offer before any bid is placed. Payments are made by bank transfer per the contract.
5. Liability
We act with due diligence but are not liable for hidden defects of the vehicle, inaccurate auction descriptions, or delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other authorities.
6. Intellectual property
Site content belongs to the Operator. Lot images belong to Copart and IAAI and are displayed for informational purposes only.
7. Changes
The Operator may update these terms. The applicable version is the one published at the time of access.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are resolved amicably or by Romanian competent courts.
