2. Data we collect
- Contact / lead form: name, phone, email (optional), message, VIN of interest (optional).
- Cost calculator: only the chosen VIN and selected options. No personal data is collected unless you submit the form.
- Essential cookies: required for site operation (consent choice).
- Non-essential cookies (analytics, marketing): off by default; enabled only if you click "Accept" in the banner.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Handle your requests — art. 6.1.b GDPR (contract / pre-contract).
- Follow-up commercial communication — art. 6.1.f legitimate interest, with right to object.
- Legal obligations (invoicing, customs) — art. 6.1.c GDPR.

Lead data is kept while there is active interest plus 3 years for commercial records. Contract-related data is retained for the legal terms (generally 10 years for accounting documents).

Data may be shared with our service providers: hosting, transactional email, US auction brokers, shipping companies, customs, RAR. They act as processors under contractual confidentiality.
